I just changed from a dell with which I used PSE5 to Mac laptop with PSE6. I have a Nikon D300 (previously D200) and I downloaded the plug 4.4.1 to help me open the raw nikon (NEF) files. I was tranferring multiple files and bride crashed (got a message from mac os that it crashed). I closed the application and restarted the computer. I was able to transfer more files after that without a problem but I am unable now to preview the NEF files in bridge. They come up as a generic photo that says NEF. I am able to open the photos in PSE6 and edit them, but I cannot see what the photo is in the bridge organizer. In addition, if I'm just scrolling through the file folders without bridge, I am able to see the previews through Mac preview. Any thoughts as to why this may be happening and how I can fix it? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the application or is there an easier fix? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
