Lomo photography...Can I in PSE 6.0?

is lomo photography possible in PSE 6.0? I know i need color curves. can i download toolsets for this?

I just tried the link and it worked fine.
You could try googling smart curves, you should find it that way too,

For PSE6 go to enhance>adjust color>adjust color curves.
