Hi everyone! I joined a few days ago and have spent some time exploring the site. I have already learned so much here and look forward to becoming an active member.
I work but for the last 5 weeks I have had 2 carpel tunnel surgeries and so have been off. I decided it would be a good time to learn the elements 4.0 program that I bought in 2006 and really did nothing with besides edit pictures. Then after a couple weeks I found elements 6.0 along with onone essentials on ebay for a great price and bought them. So that is what I am currently using.
On my last visit here, somewhere I ran across a picture that someone posted of her daughters at the beach, I don't know that proper terms but it was a large photo with foup others overlayed on top, anyway I thought it would be perfect for my grandkids pictures of the recent vacation they took. So I tried it and love the way it looks and I have made a few others since. With 10 grandchildren I have a lot of subjects to work with.:)
I mostly have learned through trial and error so far.
I am normally a doll maker/sculpter artist type person but I think I am hooked on elements now too. I am saving for a better camera, none of the pictures in my grouping were taken with my camera, my DIL's have sent the ones I have used to me.
Anyway, sorry to be so long. If you would take a trip to my blog and see what I have done I would appreciate it. Any tips on what I could do better would be great! http://atticrosecreations-kerry.blogspot.com/
Thanks!!
Kerry
