cannot save image

I'm using PSE 6 on a PC with Windows XP. I am doing a Save As on four images three of them saved with no problem; one of them keeps coming up as a broken blank screen sort of like a lighting bolt through it. I have had this problem before so I just trash that one and do another Save As and this seems to work but not tonight. I have tried four or five times. I have shut the program down and retried but still this image will not save.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Marvin,

What is the size of the image that won't save? From the menu, go to Image> Resize> Image Size and look at the pixel dimensions.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps the image is inordinately large.
