tutorials for PSE 6

Does PSE 6 have tutorials in the help area or anywhere else. I know in PSE 5 they were directly under the Help menu.

No, but there is a link for online learning-they must have moved the tuts to the adobe site instead of imbedding them. There are a lot of great tuts in the subscriber area here as well.
