Effects - Drop down list?

I uninstalled PSE6 from my old computer and took delivery today of a new PC with oodles of memory:D Have spent the day putting everything back on, and most things have gone swimmingly. But when I just reinstalled PSE6 and put on Grant's Tools, whilst they are showing up in effects complete with thumbnails, there is no drop down list like there is with filters and layer styles so I can choose just to view Grant's Tools (or Panos's effects or Photoblast actions)....I'm sure that there used to be.

Hoping someone can help me out here.

You'll need to write an xml file and place in the appropriate place on pc to get them in the drop down list. I think Wendy has directions for this in the Grant's tools thread as well as on his site.

I was looking at the wrong icon. Instead of clicking on Photo Effects, I was looking at 'All'. I feel such a dummy....that's what happens when you stay up until nearly 3am!:)
