ICC profiles on imac

I just received the x-rite eye-one display2 monitor calibrator and calibrated my imac computer. I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 and was wondering how do I use the new profile with my files? I set the monitor to use the profile but when I go to File -> Save As, and click on the Embed Color Profile: it is set to sRGB IEC61966-2.1. Can this be changed to the profile for my monitor or is that not needed? I just want to make sure what prints out is what I see on the screen.

You don't need to embed the profile. Double click on the system preferences and select displays>color. All the profiles are listed there and can choose. Not sure about the profiler you are using as I use the imac's built in calibrater located in this same area with great success.
