hi,
I have many photos that are mostly sRGB colour profile and I was wanting to convert them into Adobe RGB before printing. Is there an action or batch process that i could do this in one go? And do I also need to change the ppi to 300 or can you just select that option in your printing options/settings. cheers

I don't think there is anything to be gained from that. Adobe RGB is the larger color space, sRGB the smaller one. If a photo is shot in Adobe RGB it has the extended color information, which cannot be added afterward.
Do a Google for sRGB vs Adobe RGB and you will find lots of information.

I agree with Juergen but … If you want to convert to Adobe RGB go to "Edit > Color Settings > Always Optimize to Printer" and that should give you what you want.

I do believe if you don't do this you can select Adobe RGB Profile when you go to print. I say "believe" because I use a service bureau and never print at home so it is not a feature I use.
