I’m new to Photoshop Elements 3.0 and now 4.0. The past couple of months I’ve been taking digital pictures of my nephew’s high school football games with a 300 m zoom lens at night. Because of the combination of the lens, aperture, shutter speed and these games being at night, I’ve had to shoot at very high ASA rating with the raw files. The graininess is not really a problem for small email size pictures. There are a couple of pictures I would like to enlarge to a 5X7 or 8X10 size. This is were the graininess becomes an issue.
Are there any filters or processes I can do in Elements 4.0 to reduce or mask the graininess?
Thanks in advance for the help!
