I'm new here. I mean really new, like 15 minutes ago.
How do you save an image as a TIF or RAW file?

Welcome.

You can't save a file as RAW. It has to come out of your camera as RAW. And not every camera can create RAW files.

You can save any file as a .tif by opening the file in Editor, selecting File-> Save As, and then selecting file type .tif.
