In anticipation of having a better way to do the business of posting our work on the website used for this purpose I'm getting people ready to form up teams. Maximum team size is 10. This facilitates everyone getting a turn in a reasonable fashion.

Learned from the first Scrapbook Page and now we are going to have even more fun -- Team Sign Ups run through this week -- we should have all people involved or interested by then.

Names of Teams will be based on PSE filters or other functions, Gaussian Blur is going to be one team that I remember being mentioned.

Post your team name ideas and see what comes about. This is going to be one fun project (or projects should I say)....

Team Crosshatch!!!

I have a idea, when the teams are chosen why don't we do something like say we have team Crosshatch something the scrapbooking page has to include the filter crosshatch it can be more than one thing but it has to be atleast 1!

I've thought about how to pick the names -- I'll set up some voting posts to get the top 4 names; I know that voiting is limited to 5 items, so it will be on a couple posts but taking the top count for the names will help us get the names selected in as far a way as possible.

I enjoy using my web space for something fun and good so I'm very happy to sponsor the site for these fun projects.

Well it is a teamwork to build a scrapbook page; our first one was quite a project with 21 people participating and took a long time. Since then we have decided to have teams that work on a page together.

These pages are posted to my web site under a more secure system than the first one. The advantage of this is anyone with PSE can participate regardless of the platform they are running. So we don't have a MAC WINDOWS barrier.

Keep in touch with this forum as we'll be voting on team names pretty soon and then it is a matter of each team member adding their part to a page.

One of the rules is that you can't change someone's layer. You can use as many layers as you need but they have to be merged to one layer when you post your part. Not a lot of rules but some to keep us on track.

Everyone enjoyed the first one and I'm sure there will be a lot of fun with the team methods. It is all for the joy of working on something with other people of like interest.

Hi Will,

I really don't have too much time right now, and wouldn't want to let anyone down-but is there a way I can watch? I'd love to get in on the next one maybe, and since I've never seen the types of things you all do, it would be helpful to know where to go to check out the work in progress, if that's possible.

Thanks :D

I guess I'll have to create a spectators gallery for this fun stuff. I'll make it possible to get to see the steps in each teams progress. Just have to work out my website so it will be possible to view images as well.

Gives me a project to work on -- Thanks for asking Carol.

Well I'm in the testing phase of my new photo access part to my site. It will enable uploads in JPEG so the scrapbookers will have a place to put their work and it will also work with posting pictures to share, though Jodi found a good site that is perhaps more user friendly than mine.

Either way I plan to use the new add-on for pictures regarding scrapbooking work projects.

Well, we'll get started soon -- It is going to take me a while to get used to this new forum format -- I do so dislike change; especially when it arrives unannounced. But that is just me -- we'll carry on if I can find the post for the votes to discover how many people want what name. Hopefully, it wasn't lost in this change over.
