I'm sure this must be covered somewhere in the the Forums (because I can't believe I'm unique in the problem), but I haven't manage to track it down using 'search'. Can anyone help
I am being driven to distraction when I using f11 to run through my photographs at full-screen size. I want to sort my photos at this resolution, delete the poorer ones (which works fine) then add titles to the photographs, so I want to hit [alt] + [enter] to bring up the Properties window. Sometimes this works (I suspect if I hit [alt] first, then [enter] after a pause), but very frequently the whole programme freezes (maybe when I hit the two keys together, but I'm not sure??). I get a message about "abnormal programme termination", due to a runtime error in PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe, which it relates to the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. It says the fault location is 0x78138aa0. Organizer then closes completely, and I have to reboot it from scratch.
I am using Elements 6.0, and this happens bothj with the copy I have on my desktop and the one I have on my laptop when I am away from base.
Does anyone have any idea about the cause of this problem ~ and hopefully the fix!!! It really slows down my photo sorting when I have to reboot three or four times in a session!
