I was just about to post this theme for last week and got distracted by the mirror idea. So with no further delay ...

Quite a while ago Kim suggested that a cluttered message center (refrigerator door, bulletin board etc.) would be fun. I think it will be too. We'll loosen the idea up a bit and just go for clutter ... please let me know if you have none, I'll send you some of mine.

Thanks to Kim for the great idea ... have fun.

Bill

This has got to be the easiest challenge ever! The sad part is there is plenty more photo opportunities down in my basement.

Good catch Val but I think Bill gets picked on a lot. Maybe we should let up a little. Oh, BTW, it is 6:50 AM in the great northwest and the deadline date still reads the same...

Mary Lou

EDIT: Oops...my apologies to Bill. I read the date wrong...she says blushing. :o
Too much Photoshopping. My eyes are playing games with me!! Sorry Bill.

Can you tell that we are having a primary in a couple of weeks? Notice that the dominant colors in this attractive display are red, white, and blue.

Free Layer Styles, anyone? I once posted about the layer styles in PE4 multiplying like rabbits. Here's proof. Every time I open a layer style, it doubles. In this case, instead of the usual 14 Glass Buttons, I have 28!!!!

Clutter, clutter everywhere but if you look to the far left side there is a small space with nothing on it. I better get busy and fill it up. Check out the computer cords too...more clutter!!

EDIT: I added the frame so it would look a little neater!!

My clutter is actually litter that has been washing up & cluttering the banks of the Mississippi River from the floods. There are 8 plastic bottles in this one little spot.

Well, here's another bulletin board for the challenge.

I LOVE mine! And as much as I try to put things on any old way, I find that I don't do clutter well - so it's pretty organized. It all started in a bookshop in Paris in the 1990s. The owner had the most incredible bulletin board covered in poppy images. I had to have one when I got home - and packed it up as it was when we moved to BC.

Originally it had to be a poppy, but then it changed to being things that are important to me. I can sit at my computer and stare at it for ages. So many great memories!

Cheers,
Helen

We are remodeling our kitchen and every surface flat enough to hold my husband's 'stuff' looks like this.

Well there are worse areas but these two areas are personal to me.
The computer and the fridge door.
The kids travel and I get the momentos.
Missed out on Iraq and Afghanistan - no time to shop...?
Russia... he forgot.
The computer...I'm afraid to turn out the light.
Who knows what goes on in the dark. It just multiplies and spreads.

Well, since I'm the one who suggested this photo challenge, one might think I'd post something in my own home full of clutter. But one would be wrong! That would too easy! :o I risked life and limb to get a shot of what you're about to see.

The series of photos below is from a property that is unbelievably cluttered with everything... and I mean everything... from tires to tree stumps, from mulch to bricks, from knee-high grass to you name it! They even have goats (!) though I was not fortunate enough to catch a shot of them while they were out meandering down the middle of the highway!

You really have to see this place to truly appreciate it!

Nothing IMO can beat the clutter of a teenager's bedroom:

And here is the rather appropriate warning poster stuck up on the door:

This one's for you Chelle!!!!!

Chelle (SeaChelle) phoned me tonight with a cheeky chuckle, and challenged me to find clutter in my house for this theme. (I was not allowed to go into the 'shed', but apart from that I had free reign)

Well my dear Chelle, here it is......the wardrobe in the spare room! Haven't got around to that one yet:D:D:D

Toni (Just had to do a quick edit....look at my posting numbers.....I think this is my last post as 'known'. I get promoted next post........What shall I post for that momentous occasion ......I wonder..

Well done Toni you found some.

Here is my most significant clutter. And it took me nearly all day so all of that is still in my head to do. Oh the kids did get to school though.

Doesn't everyone have a "stuff" drawer in their kitchen?

...bet you see something that you have in your "stuff" drawer, too!
