Atomic Cupcake Files

I have files from Atomic Cupcake that I used back when I had PSE 3. I know it's a long time ago, but I'd like to look at these add-ons again because I obviously saved them for some reason. Anyway, the instructions for installing them are different than the ones for 5.0 (which I am still using).
The instructions read:
Part I -- Installation
A. Installation for PC Users
1. Close Elements if it is running.
2. Copy the entire "atomic_cupcake_iron" folder to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 3.0\Previews\Effects folder.
3. Open the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 3.0\Previews\Cache\Effects Cache folder.

Since this PSE file structure has been changed, could you please tell me where and how to install these files with the PSE5.0 file structure.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
