I have been working on my low light, long exposure photography along with some HDR processing. This was taken tonight. Wasn't sure where to post it but I was curious if I could get some feedback on thoughts about it.
Thank you,
Craig

Craig - I think it's beautiful. How many exposures did you blend?

Hi Craig,
I'm totally ignorant of HDR processing. But, when it came to this image, my eyes, brain, and heart all agreed -- It's positively beautiful!

All of your sunsets/dock shots have been amazing! I'm loving the HDR work that people are posting. Are you finding that it's looking more the way you saw it live?

Wow! This is incredible! I agree with Ellen. I love viewing HDR images - they're almost surreal! You produced a wonderful image!

Thanks to all who commented. I have really taken to this HDR thing as it has inspired me to get back out with my camera to start shooting again.
To answer a few questions I saw posted...
I used three photographs with a +/- 2EV bracket (terminology may not be exactly right as I am very much a novice at this). Camera was on a tripod and I had it set on aperture priority mode with a ISO 100 to try and reduce noise. I then used Photomatix software to Tone Map the three photos and then modified the adjustments to my liking. Once it was processed to a single file, I used PSE6 to fine tine it a little more until I got the effect presented here.
I have about 10 days experience with HDR so still learning how to play with this technique.
Any recommendations or suggestions are always welcome as I want to learn so constructive feedback is encouraged.

Craig, you're fast becoming an expert at HDR, in my opinion. Keep posting, please, so we can learn from you! :)

It's absolutely beautiful Craig.
Great job on capturing the image and fantastic job processing it.
To me what sets HDR images apart are the colors and gradients you can achieve when combining multiple exposures. Your image displays those colors and gradients as good as I've ever seen.
Your terminology is right on. I usually take 5 images at +- 2EV but in low light situations it's better to use 3 images at +- 2EV or even +-1EV.
