Resizing photos

I saw an earlier thread with this question but nobody ever answered it...
In the articles I've read about Express (which is actually what led me to check it out today) everything says that you can edit photos in Express including "crop, retouch, resize." I can't find any way though to resize images - and that's exactly what I need this tool for.

Am I missing something? :confused: Help!

The sizing options are somewhat limited - at least in the Beta - but when you download a photo you've edited there are several size option choices.
