DVD Menu with music

Is it possible to add music to the DVD menu? I want to be able to put in the DVD, go right to the menu page and see that background and hear music before playing the DVD.

Yup, it is possible. With the DVD Menu open, go to the Properties panel. In there you will see an option for Audio and a Browse button under it. Click on the Browse button and select the audio to use for your background.

I'm new to photoshop and I'm not sure where the DVD Menu is.

My apologies - I wasn't clear. You will add music to your DVD menu from within Premiere Elements (version 2 only).
