Instructions for installing grants tools in PSE 6

I have windows Xp and need instructions on installing grant's tools in PSE 6.
The instructions that are included seem to be for a mac and are difficult to read. Please help.http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif

Here are the instuctions (curtesy Wendy Williams)that I used for installing Grant's Tools into PSE6 (I'm also on XP):


Open the actions and pngs folder and place all the items that are in it in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Photo Creations\Photo Effects

Next open the xml files folder and place all the items that are in it in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Locale\ en-US or your own locale>Photo Creations Metadata>Photo Effects

Next rename the Mediadatabase.db3 to MediadatabaseOLD.db3 it is located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Locale\ en-US and restart Elements ... the Mediadatabase.db3 will rebuild but you may have to wait a while for it to do so

I'm also trying to apply Grant's Tools to my Element's 6.0 but when I get to "all user's" there is no "application data" in that area. Am I missing something or have I purchased a half of Element's 6?

Any insight would be appreciated.
