URL to my gallery doesn't work

The UrL given under "share your gallery' when I'm in my subscribers gallery doesn't work. When used it says there are no images in my gallery which clearly isn't the case as I can see them. I cannot get an answer from the folks at Elements Village. Does anyone here know what I am doing wrong?

I don't know about the "share your gallery" link, but I can find your Elements Village gallery just fine by clicking the "Images:" link toward the right of your message header.

That takes me to this page:

You do have an image in your Elements Village gallery, as Byron pointed out. But you do not seem to have any images in your Photoshop Elements Techniques (PET) Gallery. Is that where you were looking? Must have been because I can't find the "Share Your Gallery" link you mentioned in EV, just in PET... :)

I tried navigating to your PET gallery via Browse All Galleries, search for username and got the no images message. Several usernames came up with no images.

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. Somehow the php page that points to your gallery isn't working correctly.

Since apparently you can get in to manage your gallery, try clicking on an image and copying and pasting that url from the address bar to see if we can get in that way. (It will have an image id number rather than a user id number as in the examples from my gallery below)

Who have you tried contacting about the problem? I didn't see any contact links.

Man, this having two galleries is sure confusing to my 79 year old brain.

Karin, I copied the url from one image in my PET gallery and it worked. Apparently just the url to "php?user=720, the whole gallery, doesn't work. I have 14 images in that gallery.
In the E Village Gallery I have one image. That seems to work. Is there a way to give a friend the url to that gallery? Actually I prefer the format of the PET gallery but if it doesn't work.......
I guess I don't know who to contact at PET. I sent one of the people an e-mail but got no response.

Go ahead and send your friend the url to the single image in your PET gallery. That gets her into your gallery, the only difference is that the main image is the one that you copied the url for rather than the default main image.

That's a thought. You might try changing your default main image to see if that makes any difference.

Have you tried messaging our village guru jonknee? If he can't help he may know who can.

Hi ...

One of the problems with the PET Gallery is that if you make the link to an image then when you remove the image your link stops working.

What you need to do instead is make the link to the user ID (its more complicated but it keeps on working)

Go to your Gallery ... scroll down and click on Share your Gallery.

That gives you the URL for your user ID
