Changing Eye Color

I have seen where people can change their eye color on the photo elements 6 program but unfortunately I can't seem to figure it out. Can anyone please assist me with this issue. I bought the book with the tutorial cd in it but when my mom died i managed to pack it with her stuff. yikes.

The simplest way to change the colour of the iris is to select the area (I favour the elliptical marquee tool for this), feather it a little and do
Enhance>Colour>Hue/Saturation and play around with the sliders until you get a colour you like.
