Edit lock won't go away

Hi,
I just finished my first digital scrapbook lo using PSE 5. I saved and closed out of everything in the editor but when I went back in to the organizer my lo still has the red band across is saying it is locked because it is being edited. I have verified nothing is open in the editor. Though this is my first sb lo I've used PSE5 quite a bit working on other photo projects but I've never had this happen. Anyone know what I did or didn't do and how I can fix this?:confused:

The same thing happened with a second photo I was working on in the editor, however, I ended up exiting from the program and then going back in and the lock message is gone from both. I think it may have had something to do with my moving the layout to a new folder. I thought I had reconnected it correctly but must not have.

Hi,
Do you have two monitors with the software on both? Sometimes an image is open on one when you are looking at the other.

Have you exited out of the software and reopened it? Have you powered down the computer and reopened the software?

Either of these may clear out the problem.
