Try this free tool for creating/embedding flash into web pages. You could also just use it for the flash player after you convert a file to flv and use the flv you created in lements. http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-Video-to-Flash-Converter.htm

Maybe I need to ask a different question. What format do I use to create a video that can be played from Explorer or Firefox and have reasonable file size.
I've created a .flv file, is there something I need to do to incorporate it into my web page? I have the Web Suite (older version) that includes flash.

Yes, you need a player for the flv and html code to embed the player. Try the application I gave you a link to. It will create the player and the html code you need to embed a flash (flv) video into a web page.
You could also output as wmv or quicktime an embed html to play those files in a web page. Just google "embed quicktime" or "embed wmv".

I do not have any hands on experience with creating video for uploading to my own website, if I had one, but.....
Have you taken at look at what Premiere Elements 4 has to offer in this respect via Share/Online/My Website?

If I had a website of my own, I would check it out for you. So, please let us know if it works for you and what worked for you.
