It was really easy to do. A magic selection on a dark spot of the photo, delete the selection, put the grinning imp on a layer below and resize it to fit the hole.

Kayla looks almost as if she was really hiding back there. You have to know her. She loves to hide in corners and behind furniture -- and that grin is there when you find her.
