Are there any more free masks that can be used in E5 such as the "Rough edge masks" in the Artwork folder.

Hi Bob,
How are you accessing this mask, through the Artwork & Effects palette? I'm trying to see what you're talking about to see what type of mask it is.
Edit: Okay, I found them under the Artwork tab, under Frames.
I'm not sure if you can easily add more Masks to the Artwork folder to to be accessible in the palette. But you can open a mask in Editor and add it to an image.
There are numerous free grayscale masks to use as photo edges at the following site. They are used differently than the rough edge masks under Artwork in Elements. You'll have to follow the instructions on this site to use them.

You can also get a similar effect to the Rough Edge Masks by using the Cookie Cutter tool and choosing one of the Crop Shapes.
