Just recently changed from PC to Mac and love my Mac, but I am in learning curve with images. All photos are loaded into iPhoto and then are edited in Elements 6.0. Just did a raw image last night and when done cleaned it up in Elements regular editor. BUT...can't get new image back into iPhoto...how do I do that and where is the image stored..can't seem to find it accept when I go back into Elements and pull up recently edited items. Also...how do I change format to TIFF and transfer back to iPhoto. Thanks

Adobe doesn't bother telling people about the work around for use with iphoto(probably want you to get frustrated enough to use bridge). Create a file on your desktop(mine is called to iphoto). When you edit a pic. use the save as to save the pic to the folder(this is also how to save as a tiff-just click on the dropdown for file formats[usually defaults to psd]). From iphoto use the file>import feature to bring the pics into iphoto so you can see them.

Thanks...so much I will try that... You are right..not even the Missing Manual tells you how to do it. Whbroker

try looking for your pics in
user/pictures/iphoto library/originals/
they are usually stored here with the modified files as well
good luck

This will help you find them. You will have to look in each roll as nothing tells you what is in each file-which is why most of us quickly switch to using the work around. Once you've found them, open in PSE and follow the work around to re-save so can see the thumbnails and attach key words.
