How to eliminate a Rolled Paper Curl

I just bought a wide format printer and am using rolled paper. Does anyone have any experience with a method for eliminating the roll in the paper after printing. At the moment I am clamping my prints under two pieces of plywood to get the roll out.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks a million. I just bought this printer to do scrapbooking and in the process of trying to figure out what type and weight of paper to use I ordered some heavy paper that has a heck of roll in it. I note that the D roller is a bit expensive, in my case it may be worth it.
