I've searched and do not find how to print out the picture along with it's catalog NOTES, or other data.
I want to print out photo's selectively with data from the Catalog - like NOTES, or TAGS.
I can see the data on the organizer screen, but as yet cannot figure out how to access it for printing. Any ideas ?

Maybe you can try with the contact sheet. In the window for this task, you can choose the photo browser. On the right panel, you can add captions. date, filename... There is a tutorial of it on the subscriber area.

That is the general idea - but PSE only allows me to select Date, Caption, File name as the values to print. I am also wanting to print many other values from the CATALOG database. Look at PROPERTIES for an image - I want to have access to every element of information that is listed.

Hi Hugh.

A workaround might be to print your Properties Pane seperately, either as normal print, or as a pdf-file.

If your Properties Pane hold a large amount of data from the camera, you might not be able to get it all - but another workaround is if you can rotate your screen.
Then you can get the whole lot.

Try this:
Open Editor
Open Organizer
Highlight your picture (in Organizer)
With Metadata showing in your Properties pane, doubleclick on the Properties Pane.
(This undock the Properties Pane)
Enlarge Properties, so you have no scroll panels.
Hit Ctrl+Alt+Print Screen.
Doubleclick the Properties Pane will "dock it back" again.

In Editor:
Hit Ctrl+N
Click ok
Hit Ctrl+V
With a bit of luck you should have your Properties Pane as a picture.
Go to Layer > Flatten Image
Save

It's not perfect, as you will still have to print pictures seperately.

I can recommend ThumbsPlus from Cerious Software.

You can print just about everything, Image data, EXIF data, IPTC data, Fields - AND your picture, on the same page.
The program took a little "getting used to" (for me) - but today it is as hard to be without, as PSE.
