How to put a watermark on photos?

I'm developing my photography business and posting pics online and would like to know how to imbed a watermark of my name onto the photo, something I could use over and over? I'm sure it must be a layer, right?

Use of a signature brush is very efficient. One can incorporate the copyright symbol, etc.
