Alaska, Grand daughters and their horse.

This was a photograph scanned into PSE5 and copied into PSE6. Since I just recently purchased a new printer (Canon Pro 9000 which prints 13 X 19 prints) I naturally wanted to print something. I used Essentials 2 "Enlarge It" to increase the dimensions to 17 X 13. printed it and lo and behold it printed quite nicely. I was somewhat surprised due to the original low resolution indicated (118 p/i). I've used other processes of Essentials 2 but this is the first time for enlarging. I used Canon's Museum Etching Paper which gives the photo an almost watercolor effect. This is one of my wife's favorite pictures of her grand daughters so I will have it framed and present it to her on our 52nd wedding aniversary which is almost here. The flowers are Fireweed and grow wild in Alaska.

What a nice image. I bet it looks great enlarged. Thanks for posting your results with Enlarge It. I have onOne Essentials also but have never used that feature...
