I have Photoshop Elements 5 and Photoshop Premier Elements 3. I have burned a slideshow to DVD but when I play the DVD the music stops for approx 1 to 2 seconds quite often. It does not stop at regular intervals. When the music falters so does the picture. Any suggestions how I can fix this problem.

Thanks for your suggestion. However, I have done that and I have burned several disks with different pictures and different music and the problem still occurs.

Have you created other slideshows that do not have this problem? Is this the only one with the audio problem?

What went into the slideshow in Photoshop Elements 5 and how did you output it to Premiere Elements 3: the .wmv route or the Send to Premiere Elements (non .wmv) route? Also, how many photos went into this project and, if video included, how many minutes is the video? What were the pixel dimensions of the photos that went into the slideshow?

What did you do to the slideshow once you got it to the Premiere Elements 3 Timeline? Did you check to make sure that there were no gaps? What did the slideshow looks like and sound like in the Premiere Elements 3 DVD Preview immediately before the Burn to Disc?

What are you using for playing the DVD disc with your slideshow in DVD-VIDEO format? Is your playback via the TV's TV/DVD player and/or the computer via a program such as Cyberlink PowerDVD? What happens if you play this on someone else's player (be it TV/DVD player or computer).

Checking out the source of the DVD disc would not hurt. Did you optimize your computer system beforehand, defragmentation, etc.? No other programs running during the burn?

There are a lot of possibilities that need to be rule in and out. One symptom can be part of several possible solution scenarios.
