Selection Tool

Hello. You have all been very helpful but I have another question. I've been using the Marque tool to cut people out of pictures and it's working great but here's my question. "When using this tool, I sometimes miss my mark and want to undo a selection (not the whole selection just the last selection) but when I hit 'escape' it removes all the marching ants - how can I just undo the last action".

Ctrl+Z should do the trick..................

You can also go up to the Options bar and choose "subtract from selection", Then reselect the area you do NOT want and it will disappear. Do all of this while those ants are still marching!
