Grant's tools and download help

Hi! I am new to Elements Village and was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am having trouble downloading grant's tools. I have been to the site and the only help it gives is for Elements 3 and using a MAC. I have 6.0 and I am also using a PC, with windows XP. So, it is very confusing to me. Can anyone help that has a PC?

Not sure where to unzip the file. Plugins/effects? Hope I am not confusing anyone! Thanks ahead for any help!

If you download Grant's PSE6 tools then unzip the folder you will find the install instructions in a read me inside :)

If you need anymore help then just ask ..
