help-don't know what i am doing-page set up

hi all! probably stupid question - made the front of a card 5.5"x3.75"-saved.
decided i really liked it and wanted to print 2 on letter size cardstock and cut in half- kind of hoping i could copy/paste- so i would have 2 on one sheet. started "new project" with letter size dimensions and tried to drag "card"into it and all it does is open the card project - will not go into new paper size. can i do this??? any help would be appreciated. thank you!!! melinda

Probably the only problem is that you need to save a copy of your card as a jpg prior to trying to place two on a page. After you save your card front as a jpg:

Open your jpg
select> all
edit> copy

Open your new project
edit> paste

use the move tool to resize/move the card front into position.

This will work easier if your new blank project is the same resolution as your original jpg

And realize - to make cards - your card fronts need to be at the bottom half of your page.
Or for side opening cards, your front has to be on the right side of your page.
