Can anyone tell me how to look at all the video tutorials? I can see some w/no problem and click on the play to start them, and others, I cannot see the play button to start the video. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Try disabling your internet security while you are viewing them. For some reason mine was preventing some videos from loading while others were no problem.

If that doesn't work there will be others along with suggestions from their experiences.
