Express v. Album Starter??

What's the difference?? Do they both do the same things? Which one would you recommend keeping?

They really are two very different things. Album Starter is a program that lives on your computer and has some basic organizing and editing functions (which are pretty basic I think although I haven't used the latest version). Photoshop Express is a web based application so doesn't require any program on your computer and I think the editing functions are a bit more sophisticated. So I guess the answer is you could use both together.
