Sound Effect for Thought Bubble

Hi,

I'm starting a new project in Premiere Elements and plan on using quite a few thought bubbles to show what the pet dog is thinking. I'm looking for a sound effect for the bubbles. If anyone uses AOL and has bookmarked a favorite site using the heart icon you no doubt have heard that familiar water droplet type sound. If you could point me toward something like that I would appreciate it.
