Will Sue's actions (Graphicsabout.com) work in PSE 5:confused: I am interested in the cartoon effects:)

Sorry but I don't think they will work in PSE the way they are written. The effect could be done in Elements and there's probably a tutorial somewhere but whether anyone has created an action I don't know. They basically split Luminosity and Color and modify the Luminosity Layer and there are actions that will let you do that (Richard Lynch's Hidden Elements for example).
