I have been trying to register at the express website, but it seems that the only register now window is for Kelby site?? What am I doing wrong??

I went through the registration and it seemed to go fine, but I never got the email to complete the registration. I tried to register again, but the same personal URL is taken... Do you know how to complete the registration?

I cannot evenget past the URl stage every entryis rejected.
What does one do ?
