I am trying to order images out of PSE5. When I click to comfrim order I receive the following error message: :confused::confused:

I have never used Online Services, BUT.....

Have these Online Services worked previously, or is this your first time using this feature?

I could not find an Adobe TechNote for version 5. Based on information for version 6, you could look into the Online Service Setup via Organizer, Edit Menu/Preferences/Adobe Partner Services with special emphasis on choosing the Location.

There may be more information in your program Help under Setting Up Online Services (that is if this is the first time that you are using this feature).
