I absolutely CANNOT print right from PSE6 when I can print from PSE5 and PSE 4 with the same computer and printer that I have. I have monkeyed around with people from India on a chat line trying to get them to help me with the problem (both Adobe and HP customer non-support).

I really need to speak to a person and I just don't think it is right for me to have to pay per hour to make my new software work right.Does anyone have a number to call for PSE6 support that is not connected to an obsequious yes sayer in India?

What can I do? I'm ready to throw the computer out the window.

Thanks - Andie

I've had really good service from Adobe and each time have been helped by support reps in India. I think I just used the regular customer service number, 800-833-6687. This page (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/) also lists a technical support number but it's M-F only. Support is free for registered products as far as I know.

Good luck!

Hi Andie,

I called to order CS3 by phone and ended up speaking to a very nice guy in the U.S. who answered quite a few questions for me about the differences between CS3 and Elements. I think they have people available to help you decide which software is best for your purposes, etc. Maybe if you try this number you can get hooked up with some help. Good luck!

Andie - just curious - what computer are you using and what printer? I had problems when I moved from PSE3 to 6 with my Epson 2200 - but after reading thru Barbara Brundage's book - Missing Elements - specifically the print section - was I able to get it right. (using Mac here).
