Cannot save file

I've been working on files using layers and have been trying to save the files both as psd, tif, and jpg (after flatten images) and I'm getting an error saying that I cannot save the file because the file is in use. I've never seen this before and I'm working on team pictures and need this out ASAP.

Try adding a number or letter to the name, thereby changing it, that should do it.
Afterward you can either trash or keep the old document.
