Reorganising Patterns

How can I reorganise my patterns ( a lot which I have created) that have just attached themselves to whatever was loaded at the time? Hope this is clear:confused:

I have not gotten into this, and I am not sure how your homemade patterns are now currently arranged, BUT.....

In the Photoshop Elements Editor, have you looked into Edit Menu/Preset Manager/Patterns and when there highlighting specific pattern(s) to put in a set, followed by Save As Set??
