Keyboard Arrows

When I first start up PSE 6.0, my keyboard arrows work perfectly and I use them a lot for finer moves. It seems like once I use a style or an action, these arrows then rotate thru the various styles/actions. The only way I can get them back to a move tool is to shut down and restart PSE. Any ideas???

It seems to be a bug in 6.
If you apply a style then the Arrow Keys won't work if you select the move tool.
Use Control - T and all should be well.
