Where is this tutorial?

I am thinking this was a tutorial I followed on here but not sure.I want to do a graduation flyer for a young girl and want to give her the option of a popart one or more tradional. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear from you. I will post what I have done already in another thread. This might have been a challenge; just not sure.

Vesta, I'm pretty sure it's not a tut from here....someone posted awhile back looking for it. I thought I'd bookmarked the resulting web site, but no....hopefully the original savior will reappear...

Yeah he did something with that on half-toning. Can't remember how long ago though. I used it for a photo of my niece.

Hmmm... I've gone back through the last few months' Killer Tips and Subscriber Videos, with no joy finding the tutorial.

Now I wonder if it was on PhotoshopTV?
