This message comes up when I try to download from my memory card: "failed to load plug ins required to get media from device" I use XP and the download was working fine for 5 months. I tried to do an install repair but ran into trouble there too. -I get a message to insert the Elements 6 disk in the CD drive despite the fact that it has been inserted. Any help would be much appreciated.
