This message comes up when I try to download from my memory card."failed to load plug ins required to get media from device" I use XP and the download was working fine for 5 months. I tried to do an install repair but ran into trouble there too. I keep getting the message to insert the Elements 6 disk in the CD drive even though it is there. Any help would be much appreciated.
