I have a slide scanner that I've used to scan about 500 slides so far. I wasn't really in tune to what to do as far as the sizes, so I just went for the largest size. So, now I have about 500 slides that, when opened in PSE, appear to be about 1.5"x1.5" at 1800 dpi.

Obviously that is way too small. So, in a nutshell, what do I do to enlarge them? Thanks for your input.

Hi, 1800 dpi is a lot. One rule of thumb is 300 dpi for printing so you could get fair sized prints. Here's (http://www.image-access.net/calc/index.html) a calculator and if you do a search for scan tips you ought to get more info than you may want.

With the image open go to image>resize and uncheck resample. Then change resolution to 300. This will be the max can print without upsizing.
