Hello,

FINALLY, on Easter we managed to have the entire family together so I grabbed the opportunity to get a family portrait. We got everyone in the shot and most are looking at the camera! But oh the shadows on the faces. How can I fix this? Is it fixable? Is there somewhere I can take the disc to get help? Thank you for your help.

You could try changing the blend mode of the photo to screen. If you used a layer mask then you could paint back in the rest of the photo if it made it too light. Or you could try selecting the faces which are in shadow, copy them to their own layer and change the blend mode to screen. It would help if we could see a copy of the picture. Instructions for uploading an image using Pixentral can be found HERE (http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/showpost.php?p=326340&postcount=1).
