Was at Barnes & Noble the other day and saw a magazine called PhotoPlus Canon Edition. Primarly for the SLR's but concepts work for point&shoot cameras also. Had a video CD attached that had 12 tutorials photo editing using primarily PSE and also tips for Photoshop CS. On most of the tutorials they first did them in PSE and then show the differences in CS also.
Most of the tutorials were geared to a beginner to moderate amateur user. Magazine comes out monthly and I would assume that a CD comes with each issue.
for my $.02, it is worth the $11.50 cover price that B&N charges. About the same pricing for all of the British photo magazines that they carry. A lot of good information in it, at least in my opinion.
