Beveled edge effect?

How do you get a beveled edge effect using elements? Do you have to do it using ps2?

If you mean a beveled edge on something you have on its own layer then look in the Styles & Effect Palette ... choose Layer Styles and from that menu choose bevels ...

Hope that works OK on the image you are using it on. Once you have done the bevel you can change the effect by double clicking on the little (f) in the Layers palette ... :)
